I build the digital environments that make high-stakes events feel as important online as they do in the room.

About Micah Stephens

I started producing web video in 2005: shooting, editing, and building the first generation of video experiences into client websites at a time when most people were still figuring out what online video even meant. That work evolved into designing and developing streaming applications for the airline and cruise industries, where the standard wasn't just technical reliability, it was a controlled, branded experience that reflected the quality of the product it represented.

From there I moved into live streaming: sporting events, concerts, education symposiums — and started to see a gap that nobody was filling. The platforms were getting cheaper and easier to use, but easier and cheaper meant everything started to look the same. High-value events were being delivered inside the same generic embeds as everything else.

What I do now is a deliberate response to that. I work with organizations that need something the commodity platforms cannot offer: higher perceived value, lower friction, stronger brand control, and a replay experience that becomes a durable business asset long after the event ends.

Twenty years of this work has made one thing clear: the right client knows immediately that the stream should match the room. If that's you, start a conversation.
