A live event has no second take. Managed streaming meant treating encoder settings, bandwidth allocation, redundant feeds, playback, and stream health as one system—watched by someone who understood the failure modes and how to prevent them.

How it worked
Live Monitoring
From the opening frame to the last, bitrate, latency, audio sync, and player performance were monitored continuously, with a backup ready if anything shifted.
Post-Event Handoff
After the event, the recording was verified, archived, and prepared as a clean, complete asset for the branded replay library.
Exceptional Events
The archive is closed. The door isn’t.
